Trampoline
The giant trampolines sunk into the ground are located at the Nádas Grill Terrace and at the entrance to the Sportcentum/Wellness park. The equipment provides great fun and excellent exercise for young and old.
Trampoline User Guide Warning: Using a trampoline can expose you to serious injury, including paralysis and death, if you land on your back, neck or head. This danger exists even if you land on the trampoline’s jumping surface.
Read and understand the User Manual and all other materials provided with the trampoline before use. Use the trampoline only under the supervision of an adult, experienced person. Do not attempt somersaults! Somersaults require considerable skill and should only be attempted by experienced and competitive trampoline users, under close supervision, under professional instruction, and with appropriate safety equipment. Most paralyzing injuries while trampoline jumping occur from somersaults.
Only one person at a time may use the trampoline, with a maximum weight of 120 kg, at their own risk. Two or more users increase the risk of injury due to collisions, falls from the trampoline and the unpredictable behavior of the jumping surface. Do not use the trampoline while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Do not use the trampoline as a jumping jack to get to or from another location. Stop jumping by bending your knees the moment your feet touch the jumping surface.
Secure the trampoline against unauthorized and unsupervised use. First, learn the basic jumps and positions before trying more serious tricks. Climb when getting on or off the trampoline. Never jump up or down! Avoid jumping too high or too long. Keep your eyes on the trampoline. Otherwise, you may lose balance or control. Remove objects that may hinder the user. Keep a clear space above your head. Keep nothing under the trampoline.
Only use a dry and clean jumping surface. A wet surface is very slippery and prevents controlled jumping and a stable landing. Any torn or damaged surface should be replaced immediately. For further instructions or information, contact a qualified trampoline trainer.
