GUEST INFORMATION

Dear Guests,

In order to make yourself feel like at home in our hotel, please read the following information.

ADAPTER

Adapter for international use can be requested at the reception.

ANIMATION

Playhouse with qualified animator is available for our hotel guests free of charge. Information on the use of facilities and programs are available at the reception and at the playhouse. Please register with your room card at the animator’s. 

ANTI-SLIP MAT

Anti-slip devices that can be inserted into the bathtub or shower tray can be requested at the reception.

ARRIVAL

On the day of arrival, the room is available from 15:00. Please contact reception for early check-in and rates.

BARS

Drink bar: Our drink bar is located on the 1st floor of the hotel.

Beach bar: Our beach bar is located in the park of the hotel.

You can find the opening hours of the units in our QR code marked application.

BATHROBE

Bathrobes in the room can be changed on the day of arrival due to size, after that we can provide new robe every three days.

BATHROOM PRODUCTS

Various toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc.) can be purchased 24 hours a day in the shop next tot he reception.

BEACH

Our beach is open from the 1st of June to 31st of August. Accident-free recreation, please follow the rules of the Beach Order posted on the external information board.

BEAUTY SALON

Beauty salon opening hours and information about the services are available at the hotel reception. Prices of the services are included on the enclosed leaflet.

BED LINEN

In our hotel bed linen is changed twice a week, or daily upon request. Please inform the housekeeper or the reception of your request.

BEACH TOWELS

Available from 1st of June to 31st of August at the Beach Bar.

BICYCLE RENTAL

At the hotel reception bicycles can be rented both for adults and children.

BOARD

You are welcome to dine at our restaurant at the following times:

Breakfast:    7.00 – 10.30 am

Lunch:         12.00 – 3:00 pm

Dinner:         6:00 – 9:00 pm

CHARGING ELECTRICAL DEVICES

Chargers for electrical devices are provided at our hotel reception.

Electric cars can be charged at the port.

CHECK-OUT

Guests are requested to leave the rooms before 11 am on the date for departure. In case of availability, rooms can be vacated at a later time for a surcharge. Please request late check-out at the reception and our colleagues will be pleased to assist you.

In case of late departure, 16 000 HUF will be charged to your room until 2 pm, 24 000 HUF until 6 pm, after 6 pm the full room rate will be charged.

Please return your room card to reception upon departure.

On the day of departure our guests are allowed to use our sport and wellness facilities with a daily ticket after check out. The price is 6 000 HUF / day for adults and children from the age of 12,

3 000 HUF / day for children between 6 and 11years.

CLEANING

The rooms are cleaned daily. Guests are given the opportunity to indicate the need to skip daily cleaning or bed linen change. Please use the “Do not disturb” sign for this. Please notify the reception of any other requests regarding the cleaning procedure.

COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT

We are continuously working on serving our guests’ needs on the highest possible level.

Should you be dissatisfied with any of our services, or should you experience any incidents in our hotel, please inform the reception.

We shall do our utmost to remedy your complaint without delay.

FIRE ALARM

Our hotel has a central fire alarm system, if the alarm bell rings, leave the hotel immediately on the escape route, please do not use the elevator in this case!

FIRST AID, MEDICAL SERVICES

In case of accident, sudden illness, or sickness, please ask for help at the reception.

General practitioner medical services are available in town, the closest medical emergency point is in Balatonalmádi and the closest hospital is in Veszprém.

Defibrillator is available at the reception.

GAME RENTAL

Free rental of games at the hotel reception: chess, Hungarian card, French card.

HAIR SALON

Hair salon opening hours and information about the services are available at the hotel reception. Prices of services are included on the enclosed leaflet.

INTERNET/WI-FI

Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire area of our hotel.

Network: Hotel Marina-Port **** (password not needed).

IT

IT assistance can be requested at the reception.

LAUNDRY SERVICES

Laundry, dry cleaning and ironing service can be requested in our hotel for a fee,

Should you wish to use this service please leave your clothes in the laundry bag and fill out and leave the form next to the bag in the room. The housekeepers will collect it. If you do not request cleaning, please drop off the laundry bag at the reception by 12:00! The housekeepers will take the clean clothes to your room within 2 days. Complimentary ironing service (completed within 1 hour). Also, you can find washing machine and dryer at the port in the Yacht Club, they work with 100 HUF coin.

Iron and ironing board can be requested at the hotel reception.

LOST AND FOUND

Lost items can be collected at hotel reception. Unclaimed items will be eliminated after 3 months.

LUGGAGE DELIVERY / LUGGAGE STORAGE

Porter service can be requested at the reception. Your luggage will be stored on request, please call the reception.

MANICURE, PEDICURE

Information on manicure and pedicure services and appointments is available at the reception.

MASSAGES

For massage services and availability please call the wellness reception.

MINIBAR

The consumption from the minibar is checked on daily basis and products are replenished as needed. Guests are charged as per consumption.

Minibar may be emptied on request, please ask our housekeepers or the receptionist.

PARKING

Our guests can park directly in our camera-monitored parking lot closed by a barrier in front of the hotel.

PAYMENT

The following payment methods are accepted in our hotel: cash, credit card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), SZÉP card (OTP, K&H, MKB)

PHOTOCOPYING

This service is available at the reception.

PILLOWS

Allergy-free pillows are provided in the rooms.

Extra pillows and blankets can be requested.

Feather and memory foam pillows are available on request.

PRINTING

If you wish to photocopy, please contact reception. This service is available at an additional cost. Prices: black and white: 50 Ft / 1 page, color: 200 Ft / 1 page

RECEPTION

Reception service is available 24 hours a day.

RESTAURANT

Hotel Restaurant:

We are welcome our guests in the restaurant and terrace at the following opening hour:

REED GRILL RESTAURANT: Our reed grill restaurant is located in the park of the hotel.

ROOM SERVICE

Our room service is available every day from 07:00am to 09:00pm.

Orders can be placed until 8:00 pm at extension 263 and menu is provided in the room on request. Service charge: 3 000 HUF/occasion. Please visit our application for all menu and drink lists.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES

Rooms have a numeric safe. Please leave the safe open when leaving the room.

SAUNA

The following wellness services are available: Finnish sauna, salt therapy infrared sauna, light therapy sauna, steam cabin. 

Please check-in at the wellness reception.

SAUNA HOUSE OUTDOOR

Use of sauna house on the shore of Lake Balaton, in the park of the hotel. After a sauna session, our dear Guest can cool down even in Lake Balaton.

SCANNING

Your scanning request will be handled free of charge by the front office staff. Upon request, personal and secure printing facilities are at our guests’ disposal.

SEWING

Sewing kit is available in the room.

SHOE CLEANING AND POLISHING

An automatic shoe cleaning and polishing machine is available to our guests in the lobby of our hotel, right next to the entrance, and we provide a shoe cleaning kit, shoe spoon suitable for cleaning and caring for footwear in the room.

SHOP 

Ask our receptionist colleagues for help to open our shop.

SLIPPERS

Slippers can be requested at the hotel reception. The price is 1 000 HUF/pair.

SMOKING

Smoking is allowed outdoor at a minimum of 5-meter distance from the hotel entrance.

SPORT EQUIPMENT RENTAL

Rental equipment: football, tennis racket, tennis ball, badminton, table tennis racket, table tennis ball. For more information please contact reception.

TAXI

Taxi can be booked at the reception.

TELEPHONE

Public phone can be used at the reception.

TOWELS

In our hotel towels are changed every three days, and upon request, our colleagues prepare clean towels for the room every day. Please inform the housekeeper or the reception of your request in this regard.

TRANSFER

Transfer service can be booked at reception for a fee.

UMBRELLA

It can be requested free of charge at the hotel reception.

USE OF SERVICES, BILLING

All services in our hotel can be charged to your room on request. Bill can be settled at the reception at check out.

For guests with longer stay bills are prepared at least every seven days.

Bills for our services include service fee. If you are satisfied with our staff, you may express your appreciation directly to the staff.

WAKE UP CALL

You can request wake-up call at the reception.

WARMING BABY FOOD OR DRINKS

You can warm up baby food and drinks in our restaurant. Please ask our colleagues for help.

WELLNESS CENTER

Opening hours:  Monday: 10.00 am – 8:00 pm, from Tuesday to Sunday: 8.00am– 8:00 pm.

Towels to be used at the wellness center can be requested free of charge at the wellness reception. Should the rented towels not be submitted before checking out, the prices of the towels shall be added to your bill.

Individual quests may use the sport facilities at their own responsibility.

Food and beverage may be consumed at the Wellness Centre only at the Drink Bar by the pool, and in the outdoor lounge area.

Fitness rooms may be used only by persons over the age of 14. Fitness rooms may be visited only in outfit suitable for sports (closed shoes dry underwear and outerwear).
