ADAPTER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adapter for international use can be requested at the reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A<\/strong>NIM<\/strong>ATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Playhouse with qualified animator is available for our hotel guests free of charge. Information on the use of facilities and programs are available at the reception and at the playhouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANTI SLIP-MAT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anti-slip devices that can be inserted into the bathtub or shower tray can be requested at the reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARRIVAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the day of arrival, the room is available from 15:00. Please contact reception for early check-in and rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BARS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drink bar: Our drink bar is located on the 1st floor of the hotel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beach bar: Our beach bar is located in the park of the hotel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can find the opening hours of the units in our QR code marked application. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

BATHROBE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bathrobes in the room can be changed on the day of arrival due to size, after that we can provide new robe every three days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BEACH<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our beach is open from the 1st<\/sup> of June to 31st<\/sup> of August. Accident-free recreation, please follow the rules of the Beach Order posted on the external information board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BEAUTY SALON<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beauty salon opening hours and information about the services are available at the hotel reception. Prices of the services are included on the enclosed leaflet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BED LINEN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In our hotel bed linen is changed every three days, or upon request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BEACH TOWELS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Available from 1st<\/sup> of June to 31st<\/sup> of August at the Beach Bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BICYCLE RENTAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the hotel reception bicycles can be rented both for adults and children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CHARGING ELECTRICAL DEVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chargers for electrical devices are provided at our hotel reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Electric cars can be charged at the port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CHECK-OUT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests are requested to leave the rooms before 11 am on the date for departure. In case of availability, rooms can be vacated at a later time for a surcharge. Please request late check-out at the reception and our colleagues will be pleased to assist you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of late departure, 16 000 HUF will be charged to your room until 2 pm, 24 000 HUF until 6 pm, after 6 pm the full room rate will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please return your room card to reception upon departure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the day of departure our guests are allowed to use our sport and wellness facilities with a daily ticket after check out. The price is 6 000 HUF \/ day for adults and children from the age of 12, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 000 HUF \/ day for children between 6 and 11years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are continuously working on serving our guests\u2019 needs on the highest possible level. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should you be dissatisfied with any of our services, or should you experience any incidents in our hotel, please inform the reception. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We shall do our utmost to remedy your complaint without delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FIRE ALARM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our hotel has a central fire alarm system, if the alarm bell rings, leave the hotel immediately on the escape route, please do not use the elevator in this case!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FIRST AID, MEDICAL SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case of accident, sudden illness, or sickness, please ask for help at the reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General practitioner medical services are available in town, the closest medical emergency point is in Balatonalm\u00e1di and the closest hospital is in Veszpr\u00e9m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Defibrillator is available at the reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G<\/strong>AME RENTAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free rental of games at the hotel reception: chess, Hungarian card, French card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HAIR SALON<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hair salon opening hours and information about the services are available at the hotel reception. Prices of services are included on the enclosed leaflet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INTERNET<\/strong>\/WI-FI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire area of our hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Network: Hotel Marina-Port **** (password not needed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

IT assistance can be requested at the reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L<\/strong>AUNDRY SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laundry and ironing service can be requested in our hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Should you wish to use this service please leave your clothes in the laundry bag in your room,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

housekeepers will collect it. Complimentary ironing service (completed within 1 hour). Also, you can find washing machine and dryer at the port in the Yacht Club, they work with 100 HUF coin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L<\/strong>OST AND FOUND<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lost items can be collected at hotel reception. Unclaimed items will be eliminated after 3 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Porter service can be requested at the reception. Your luggage will be stored on request, please call the reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our guests can park directly in our camera-monitored parking lot closed by a barrier<\/strong> in front of the hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our room service is available every day from 06:30am to 10:30pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders can be placed until 8:00 pm at extension 263 and menu is provided in the room on request. Service charge: 3 000 HUF\/occasion. Please visit our application for all menu and drink lists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rooms have a numeric safe. Please leave the safe open when leaving the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SAUNA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following wellness services are available: Finnish sauna, salt therapy infrared sauna, light therapy sauna, steam cabin<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SAUNA HOUSE<\/strong> OUTDOOR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use of sauna house on the shore of Lake Balaton, in the park of the hotel. After a sauna session, our dear Guest can cool down even in Lake Balaton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SCANNING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your scanning request will be handled free of charge by the front office staff. Upon request, personal and secure printing facilities are at our guests’ disposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SEWING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sewing kit can be requested at the reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SHOE CLEANING AND POLISHING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

An automatic shoe cleaning and polishing machine is available to our guests in the lobby of our hotel, right next to the entrance, and we provide a shoe cleaning kit suitable for cleaning and caring for footwear in the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SHOP<\/strong>\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ask our receptionist colleagues for help to open our shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SLIPPERS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slippers can be requested at the hotel reception. The price is 1 000 HUF\/pair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SMOKING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smoking is allowed outdoor at a minimum of 5-meter distance from the hotel entrance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SPORT EQUIPMENT RENTAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rental equipment: football, tennis racket, tennis ball, badminton, table tennis racket, table tennis ball. For more information please contact reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WELLNESS CENTER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Opening hours:  Monday: 10.00 am \u2013 8:00 pm, from Tuesday to Sunday: 8.00am\u2013 8:00 pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Towels to be used at the wellness center can be requested free of charge at the wellness reception. Should the rented towels not be submitted before checking out, the prices of the towels shall be added to your bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Individual quests may use the sport facilities at their own responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Food and beverage may be consumed at the Wellness Centre only at the Drink Bar by the pool, and in the outdoor lounge area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fitness rooms may be used only by persons over the age of 14. Fitness rooms may be visited only in outfit suitable for sports (closed shoes dry underwear and outerwear).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taxi can be booked at the reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For guests with longer stay bills are prepared at least every seven days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bills for our services include service fee. If you are satisfied with our staff, you may express your appreciation directly to the staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
